Digitech launches ‘LG Care & Delight’ in Sudan

Digitech successfully launched a new service initiative aimed at extending world class service maintenance to all parts of Sudan. This new mobile service will in the coming few months tour many of the major cities and towns en route. This is in spite of Digitech having a wide service network covering Khartoum, Bahri, Port Sudan, Medani, Al Gadarif, Atbara, Kosti and soon Dongola and El Obied.
The 'Care & Delight Bus' was unveiled at a glamorous event hosted by Digitech on Thursday 22nd September at the Friendship Hall and was attended by Mrs. Amna Dirar, Minister of Labour and Mr. K W Kim, President of LG MEA as guests of honour. The 'Care & Delight' concept will not only provide service maintenance in these regions but will also have a very direct and participative community role by providing training workshops for local technicians, charitable work through a 'give back' program, as well as host educational and entertainment events throughout its duration of stay in each town/city to really bring to the fore the essence of 'Care & Delight'.
