   1. Delivery within Greater Khartoum within 24 working hours from the time of purchase
   2. Free installation for Window & Split units
   3. Digitech supplies the following:
      1. 5m Electrical Cable
      2. 5m Refrigerant Pipes
      3. 3m PVC Drain Pipe
      4. Outdoor Mount & Bolt
   4. Free installation does not include the following:
      1. Plastering or Repainting
      2. Power from the main power supply
      3. Scaffolding for more than one floor
   5. Any extra work or materials or delivery and not included in the free installation and delivery policy can be done with extra charges
   6. Units warranty are valid only as detailed within Digitech Warranty Card
